How to accept a team invite
Short description: When an owner invites you to an outlet, open the link, sign in to Console, and accept — then you can use Console and Tokyo for that restaurant.
Before you start
- You received an invite link (email, WhatsApp, or SMS).
- You will sign in with the same email or phone that was invited.
- If you do not have a Crispper account yet, you can create one during sign-in.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the invite link on your phone or computer.
- If asked to sign in, go to console.crispper.com/login.
- Enter the invited email or phone (must match the invite).
- Complete OTP sign-in (see Sign in to Console).
- Return to the invite link if the browser did not redirect automatically.
- Review the restaurant name and your role on the invite screen.
- Tap Accept (or Join). You should see a success message.
- Open Network → Outlets and confirm the outlet appears in your list.
- On Tokyo, sign in and select this outlet when attaching your session.
If something goes wrong
| Problem | What to try |

| “Invalid or expired invite” | Ask the owner to send a new invite. |
| Wrong account signed in | Sign out, sign in with the invited contact, open the link again. |
| Outlet not visible | Refresh the page; wait a minute and check Outlets again. |
