Tokyo POS (billing, orders, kitchen) runs on tablets and computers in the restaurant. Console is where you configure the business; Tokyo is where staff work day to day.
Before you start
- You have a Crispper account (email or Indian mobile number).
- You use a desktop or laptop browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari work well).
- For billing steps, you are an owner on the outlet (or your sales contact has already linked your brand).
Typical setup order
- Sign in to Console.
- Create a brand and your first outlet (venue).
- Request a billing quote and complete payment so Tokyo is unlocked.
- Invite co-owners who will sign in on the floor.
- Add POS staff with passcodes for Tokyo.
- Install Tokyo on devices and sign in (see How to Use → Getting started for the first order).
The Get started card on the Console home screen follows the same order.
