How to update your outlet profile

How to update your outlet profile

Short description: Edit venue details, logo, sections, and guest-facing contact under Setup → Profile for an outlet.


Before you start

  • You are signed in to Console.
  • In the top location picker, select the outlet you want to edit (not “All outlets” unless the screen allows bulk edit).
  • You need owner or admin access on that outlet.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the outlet from Network → Outlets (tap the outlet name).
  2. In the outlet header tabs, choose Setup, then Profile.
  3. Review and update fields such as:
    • Outlet name
    • Address, city, state, pincode
    • Public phone and public email (what guests see)
    • Sections (dining areas for tables and orders)
    • Logo — upload or replace using the image control
  4. Tap Save when you change something. Wait for the success message.
  5. Changes apply in Console immediately; Tokyo may need a refresh or re-login on devices to see some updates.

Owner login vs public contact

  • Your sign-in uses your personal email or phone under Account settings.
  • Profile phone/email on the outlet are for guests and receipts, not for your Console login.
  • To change how you sign in, use Account settings and the verified OTP flow for email/phone.
