How to create a brand and outlet
Short description: A brand is your restaurant group; an outlet is one venue (one location). Create both in Console under Network → Outlets.
Before you start
- You are signed in to Console.
- You are the person who will be owner for the new outlet (or you were invited as owner).
- Have ready: venue name, address, city, pincode, and the phone/email guests may see (public contact).
Step-by-step instructions
Create a brand (first time)
- In the left menu, open Network, then Outlets.
- If you have no brand yet, tap Create my brand & first outlet (or Add brand).
- Enter your brand name (for example, the group or chain name).
- Save the brand. You can add more outlets under the same brand later.
Add an outlet under a brand
- On Outlets, find your brand section.
- Tap Add outlet (or Create outlet) for that brand.
- Fill in outlet details:
- Name — how the venue appears in Console and Tokyo.
- Address, city, pincode — for records and search.
- Phone and email — public contact for guests (separate from your personal login).
- Sections — dining areas you use on the floor (for example AC Hall, Terrace).
- AC rooms — tick if you use AC hall sections for seating.
- Use place search if offered to pick an address from the map.
- Tap Save or Create. You become owner of that outlet.
- Open the new outlet from the list to continue Setup (profile, owners, billing).
After you create an outlet
- Open Setup → Profile to review details and upload a logo if needed.
- Go to Network → Billing or Setup → Billing to request a quote.
- Invite co-owners who will run Tokyo on the floor.
